The data processed depends on the functionalities you use and the authorized privacy preferences. For example, there may be:

• date and time of access;
• pages accessed;
• device type, operating system, and browser;
• access origin (referrer) and campaign parameters (UTM);
• approximate location by city/state, when used;
• precise geographical location only when expressly authorized;
• information voluntarily provided in forms;
• optional name for donations and optional message/intention;
• technical data necessary for the security and operation of the site;
• your cookie and privacy preferences.

If a certain feature is disabled or not authorized by you, the corresponding data is not collected.

The portal has its own internal statistics module. When you authorize the Analytics category, the following may be recorded: page accessed, date/time, device category, browser, operating system, origin/referrer, approximate city/state, and UTM parameters. We do not use invasive identification techniques (fingerprinting) and do not collect unnecessary data. If you decline, no optional statistical collection is performed.

Approximate location: may indicate only city, state, and country, when technically available, and is used within the authorized statistics module.

Precise location: latitude and longitude obtained by the browser only after your specific authorization, at the moment it is needed. Accepting cookies does not authorize the use of GPS, and we never silently request precise location.

The donation page may optionally request your name, a message or intention, and authorization for public disclosure of the name as a donor — this authorization always starts unchecked, and silence is never considered consent. Without authorization, the name is not publicly displayed.

The portal never asks for bank passwords, Pix passwords, CVV, card details, or internet banking passwords. Payment occurs entirely within your bank's app or internet banking.

The portal may use links or content from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps, weather services, and other services that may be configured. Simple links do not install third-party cookies. When embedded content may install cookies or perform optional tracking, it is only loaded if you authorize the “External content” category; otherwise, we display a notice in place of the content.

Processing may occur based on the applicable legal bases of the LGPD, according to the purpose: consent, execution of a data subject's request, legitimate interest for website security and operation, or compliance with a legal obligation. Not all processing depends on consent; however, for the optional features presented here as dependent on consent (Analytics and External Content), your choice is fully respected.

These services only enable portal resources (hosting, database, maps, videos, and weather forecast). We do not sell or rent personal data.

Data is retained for the period necessary for its respective purposes or as per applicable obligations. In the case of the internal statistics module, the retention period configured in the administrative panel is used, after which detailed records are automatically deleted.

You can request confirmation of data processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing, revocation of consent, and deletion of data processed based on consent, under the terms of the LGPD.

We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access and accidental or illicit situations. No system is absolutely immune to incidents, so we maintain periodic reviews and restricted access to administrative panel information.

The portal contains public content and can be accessed by families. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children and adolescents and do not use profiling technologies aimed at this audience.

This policy may be updated. When there is a material change in purposes or consent options, the cookie notice may be displayed again for new manifestation. The version and update date are indicated at the beginning of this page.
